Large inclination belt conveyor is suitable for large open-pit mines, power plants, cement plants, ports and other applications. It also has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, low energy consumption and easy maintenance. During work, due to improper use or accidents of the conveyor belt, the skirt and rubber bucket will tear or fall off. Replacing the belt will increase the production cost. The production cost can be reduced by repairing the conveyor belt. When repairing the tearing or falling off of the conveyor belt of the large inclination belt conveyor, pay attention to the following points:

1. Clean the site environment, and clean the skirt, adhesive surface of rubber bucket and belt surface to be bonded.

2. Roughen and clean the bonding parts of the belt and skirt evenly and thinly with a polishing machine, but there shall be no unevenness in the canvas layer or roughening part of the belt.

3. Before brushing, the hardener attached to the adhesive shall be evenly mixed according to a certain proportion, so that the prepared adhesive has the characteristics of fast curing, strong adhesion, heat resistance, aging resistance, no heating, fixing and pressurization during bonding.

4. The rubber coating on the conveyor belt of large inclination belt conveyor shall be strong, and the coating shall be thin and uniform. If there is a belt canvas layer or other fiber fabric layer, or the rubber particles fall off obviously at the roughing place, it shall be brushed for more than three layers.

5. When the coating is dry enough not to stick to the back of your hand, gradually press the skirt or rubber bucket onto the coating, and knock it orderly from the middle to the edge with a hammer to eliminate the internal air.
