Under normal production conditions, it is forbidden to stop or start the belt with load. In case of emergency or accident, the post personnel shall immediately implement emergency shutdown with "emergency rope pull switch" or "stop button", then eliminate the fault in time and report to the main control room.

1.The belt pulley, face increasing wheel, upper and lower idler, trolley chain, vibrator, water remover and hydraulic turnover plate of each system shall be kept in normal operation. The belt cleaner, scraper, belt stopper, idler and idler support shall be supplemented or replaced in time, and the wear of belt working surface, non working surface and joint shall be checked in time.

2.Large pieces and sundries in materials shall be picked up in time. Pay attention to safety when picking up large pieces and sundries. If it cannot be picked up safely, it must be stopped and taken out.

3.Observe carefully and contact in time to prevent the funnel from being blocked. The funnel shall be contacted, inspected, shaken and poked frequently.

4.In case of smashing, scratching, squeezing and tearing the belt, stop the machine immediately, find the source of the accident and report to the main control room in time.

5.During the operation of the belt conveyor, no one is allowed to climb the weight ladder.
